On Sept 26 this stock's price reached 39-1/4.
Why? The reasons have only improved since IMHO.

-29 consecutive quarters of outstanding earnings
-$95,000,000 cash from secondary
-Impressive customer list
-No one customer buys more than 10% of gross sales.
-Little Asian presence at this time
-Excellent / if not the best scientists in this technology
-Wide variety of products sold to OEM's that are
state of the art. Some products outperform any available anywhere.
-These same products priced very competively
-50% more Sales persons (Recruited from the leaders of this industry)
-Recent products released seem to be exactly(yet to be confirmed)
the same as INTEL released and are $1.00 cheaper. A coincedence,
I don't think so. Can anyone confirm this?
-Products are NOT limited just to "network". Other product development
in Video conferencing and more.
-One of Forbes fastest growing 200 small companies
-Some improvement in MRVC name recognition :-)

These are the reasons I'm in MRVC. If it was a special deal at 34 and change
to Bears and Stern's clients why wouldn't it be an outstanding buy today at
24-1/4?
I know about Newbridge, Cabletron buying Digital, the 500 point crash on the day of
MRVC's quarterly release, the Asian contagion and the stealth marketing plan of this
company. Can anyone place some sort of % percentage these things effected sales
for this quarter. My guess...not much.

Do I have anything incorrect. If so please let me know why I should sell my core holding
in MRVC NOW! I do admit to a little day/week trading of MRVC.
