koan, <(an SI fellow I have known for over a decade, but never met).> You reminded me of a very interesting point. Having been on SI for a long time and the Compaq board on Yahoo before that, I went for 7-8 years before meeting Dusty and Clappy in person and then Mannie, Rhoze, Wharfy, Kath, and Yen in Seattle for the CTH fundraiser. When they picked me up at the airport, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was instant...like I had known them all my life. There is something about the cyber dynamic of this group and how it established relationships over time. When you are at the keyboard with these folks...there is a synthesis of who you are that comes through. I trust these folks. About retirement...I'd be interested in learning about your thought process getting to that point. I have dialed it back this year and am thinking about "retiring" so I can begin the next phase of my life. Love to hear how you think about it. Altair19
