OK ASCEND, here is my out of court settlement:
If you announce that you will make your #s within 48 hrs, I will not join the class action suit. However, If I see no response, I will be forced to take legal action.

betty ann: I respect Ken's record and his guts to put 80% of his mutual fund into 15-25 stocks. But when was the last time Ken made money in technology stocks like MSFT,INTC, ORCL or CSCO? Ken's niche is auto, real estate, soda pop, consumer staple and banks. I would rather listen to people Chambers, Grove and Gates when it comes to technology.
