Good thing Jimmy Carter pushed the development of smart weapons. It helped bring down the Soviets. lol What a load of crap. Reagan defeated the Soviets. All Carter did was sell out Iran to the radicals, cancel the B1 bomber program, cancel the neutron bomb, and cancel pay raises for the military. Heck, it's a fact Carter surrendered to the Soviets and the Iranian radicals, letting American hostages rot for 444 days.
