Shooting by rifle is rare in the USA.


But when they occur it tends to be a mass killing. A bolt action rifle with a 3 round magazine, like what is the only legal type in Australia, would slow things down...

Eric,
Sadly all this magazine talk will only disarm victims by limiting their ability to defend themselves against criminals that will always have the magazines with more than 10 rounds.
But I thought that all it takes to stop these shooters would be one guy with a handgun.
