Thanks, simplicity....I feel like I'm in good hands, and especially so since they moved the surgery to the hospital. I just wish it didn't have to be done, but we really need our hands to function. In fact, this past year, and discovering a major heart-lung problem, made me aware more than ever, that we live for today--and we shouldn't take our bodies for granted....I truly had no idea of why I wasn't breathing right....but did find out through tests, and think we have found the major culprit....Took all appropriate steps, and so far, so good...We are fortunate that we live today, and not 150 years ago....During the Civil War, we had no antibodics, and medical care at best, was very rudimentary. Many of us probably wouldn't have lived as long as we have without modern medicine....and I know that includes me.... I have this little sign hanging in my office where I can see it every day....Hope it makes you happy too....(and certainly hope things are better for you!)
