When we hear it's difficult to get our certificates, is it bureaucratic incompetence on the part of brokerage firms or is it that the overly shorted positions can't find stock to cover?

I for one hope it's the latter. For if it is then our plan for calling certs is working.

Unfortunately, it ain't gonna work if nervous neds and nellies are simultaneously selling into shorters who need to cover.
