Even though EPS was roughly same as last year, operating cash flow was quite a bit higher. FWIW.

And if they introduce new iPhone mid year the line won't mature much.

The 4S allowed for increasing gross margins and I would expect the same from the 5S.

The gross margins were 41.4% in the Mach quarter of 2011. They'll probably be around 40% this year. You could likely explain the difference by the other new products.

Personally, the margins look fine. The problem is simple. The iPhone isnt selling as well as hoped.
