It will take a decade to wring out the excesses of the last decade. Notice the recent trends? BTW, Oct and Nov were both down months. Anyway, the days of constantly rising house prices are over 2002-06 were the bubble years..2007-09 the down years...recovering since 2010 in most areas.. Another massive bubble could be on the horizon by the end of Obama's second term. I trust what I see on the ground more than Shiller and it scares me that none of the sheep in the ivory tower see this. They had blinders on in 2004-05 too..
