"Different issues carry different burdens of proof."

A Constitutional requirement should require the highest burden of proof.

And that is a typical attorney 'non-answer' ....

Which I have found over the years to mean .. "Yes, you are correct, but I'll never admit I was wrong" ..

So much for your argument on Obama, eh?

You don't think being the most powerful person in the country (if not the world) would require highest burden/level of proof.

Any any question of the legitimacy of an incombant POSTUS...the most powerful human being in the plant... is not deemed important enough for a demand from the very people he serves to prove who he is is classified by you as different?

Please Ken give your head a shake

OOPS!

"The economy unexpectedly contracted in the fourth quarter, suffering its first decline since the recession ended more than three years ago as businesses scaled back on restocking and government spending plunged. Gross domestic product fell at a 0.1 percent annual rate after growing at a 3.1 percent clip in the third quarter, the Commerce Department said on Wednesday."

Boy! That george bush really screwed things up! I think the congress is going to have to remove the two term limit if this muslim idonesian citizen barry soetoro is ever going to get this economy moving again. Surely he won't be able to do it in only 8 short years. Even the great FDR couldn't do it in only two terms and the muslim indonesian citizen barry soetoro isn't a FDR.
