At the risk of repeating myself: Changing tax structures from Income Tax based to Sales Tax based without real government spending reductions is simply an exercise in rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. The small the government the better. 90% of what most states are doing is unnecessary duplication of services better provided by either businesses or charities.
