Changing tax structures from Income Tax based to Sales Tax based without real government spending reductions is simply an exercise in rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.> Right... giving the wealthy even BETTER ones, and perhaps access to lifeboats... and tossing the PO Folk down the stairs and locking the doors.... Of course they do those things I suppose. DAK
