I find natural science discoveries inspiring too. It's hard to believe that at one time, the scientific concensus was that the universe was eternal and there was an infinite amount of time for incredible things to happen. Thanks to science we know better. Also thanks to science we know about the universe's incredible fine tuning and that life is based on elaborate information encoding systems, something natural laws just can't produce. Belief in God isn't a matter of blind faith, but reason .... again, thanks to science.
