But what happens if people don't want or need the extra features? They use the Monitor from their old machine. Or, God forbid, what if all the businesses start buying the $1800 machines rather than the $2800 machines? What happens when they realize that a workstation with a bunch of Ram, a big drive, and a 300 mhz Pentium II makes a perfectly fine server? The point is that a 300 mhz machine at that low a price may change buying patterns in companies. Not to mention the global currency crisis that's going on.
