Hi Triffin - Great posts Any link to the source and/or do they break out their screen by "type" (ie. MLP, REIT. BDC). I just do not understand those BDC's and each one requires extra due diligence. Therefore, I just avoid them. REIT's are the top sector in my list but many have already moved higher. MLP's are my next choice but are hard to value w/o looking at their assets and where they are located. Many of these are excellent dividend payers and if their business model makes sense w/o too much leverage, they s/d be good stock candidate stocks. I also want to make sure that their is sufficient regional diversification so there is not one area of the country where assets are localized. EKS
