How long would it take to fix the system? How long HAS it taken? Considering there are politically powerful institutional forces that will resist attempts to fix the system, probably forever.

States got high grades for not having defined benefit pension plans for their teachers. She's a snake-oil saleswoman. Billions of dollars are being made off of her bullshit. -Z
