Sands is in advanced negotiations with two financial institutions for corporate debt financing in the amount of US$300 million, conditional upon completion of the merger with IPC. The corporate debt financing together with existing working capital and cash flows is anticipated to be sufficient to fund all of Lundin Oil's capital requirements relating to all development of the Malaysian properties, and all exploration funding requirements relating to its other properties.

Alex: Another fill for 3,75? Already a 20% gain! And there's more to come...

Kerm: <<International Petroleum is in the process of merging with Sands Petroleum AB. Based upon conversation with the company three weeks ago, shares are now at the level considered favorable for consumption by Sands. I see limited upside potential from this point in time. I prefer to hold shares in a Canadian Company rather than an offshore listed company.>> (Kerms Korner). IPC deleted from the top 20 listing and portfolio! (https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=2884698)

Gosh, what a surprise, Kerm recommended "BUY" just a couple of weeks ago! He sold at CAD 5,85, I'm afraid that was his Mistake of the year. Kerm was faithful to IPC for one whole year, and just when a long period of decline has come to en end (knock on wood!) he gives up! Too sad.
<<Limited upside potential from this point in time>>!?! Hem, hem, this is just the time I have been waiting for since August!
I wonder what <<shares are now at the level considered favorable for consumption by Sands>> means? The ratio 1.15 IPC for 1 Sands is fixed. Any thoughts?

I really appreciate Kerm's Korner, and I always read his comments, but this time I'm puzzled.
