William & All: I've been following both VICL and ISIP for a while, and just sold enough shares of a fund to buy one. I realize that technically neither are looking good from a TA perspective. I've also been puzzled by the poor response to both companies releasing good news. Both are far better from a risk/reward ratio then they were at their highs. There is a very good chance I'll pick up some of each in the next few months.

So the question I'd like to pose is, to the veterens on this thread,
why would now be a good time to pick up on VICL. I realize that I'm asking for OPINIONS only, and will read whatever with a grain of salt,
but it seems to me the combination of clinical trial results and partnerships is getting pretty compelling.

Look forward to hearing from ya'll. Scott
