You see, when the end justifies the means, if they have a good reason for voting twice, then they didn't do anything wrong, they really didn't vote twice.

If she did it, then she is likely to go to jail. Which is why almost nobody does it.

It isn't a difficult concept.

Now, if you want to steal an election, this isn't the way to do it. Absentee ballots, which seems to be a Republican favorite, is a better way. But nothing beats doing it at the counting level.
