Yes when you deduct the one time expense for stock issued
(not cash out of company) it leaves a loss of <$164,851>

David, thanks. But back to my other question re controlling the shorting. Do you have any ideas? Is there a plan in the works that you know about? Can and will it be stopped that you have any knowledge about? I don't know about the rest of the folks here, but that is my main concern. And no KZAP, buying more is not the answer, says me.
