Thanks a lot. This clarified a lot for me. I just intend to hold. I saw the buying today. I guess the price had gone down to a good level to trigger the buying. I'll just be patient.

Thread: HEY! NM? Say wha? I don't understand it and I don't like it. I leave it to the experts here to figure out this just announced VVTV-NM combination. But right now, with NM = 3.1/2 and VVTV getting 1.19 to NM's 1.00 ratio in the new company, that means VVTV is worth $3.86? And that's a figure which depends on whether VVTV and/or NM rise or fall? Great... now my investment depends on NM's share price too. I don't see where value is surfaced for the stockholders (me!) The joint thing will STILL be undervalued. Until NV spends our money??? Well okay... maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about-- I leave it to some of you more knowledgeable folk to explain the benefits. Paul Senior
