no, I mean the personal responsibility of not riding bareback until you know that you can support your progeny. And if you do somehow manage to either get preggers or make a chick preggers, then take whatever job is necessary to support your budding family. I know many able bodied people who are gaming the system, Too many to fall for the sob story you are putting out there. Too many people who came from a situation very much like my own and who I know are simply lazy.
