Tech, you have been a sobering influence on this thread. Your
admonition to watch for Gruder's 144 and sell-off on a major news release
is well taken. However, as a future watcher, I'd like to point out some
speculative observations.
1. If Ceebs' $30mm burn rate is correct, then Gruder's anticipation
of $100mm-$125mm gross for 1998 will produce how much net? Could it really be
$70mm-$95mm and $3,50-$4.75 per share???
2. The next question becomes "What will the market pay for this kind
of short term riches?"
3. To make that kind of determination one must have some feel for
ALYD's prospects post-2000. I'll leave that to Jeff M. and his industry acumen.
4. I also wonder, if ALYD becomes an integral part of CPWR's business
plan would they want complete control of their coming and goings? Buyout anyone?

So you see, lots of nice things could happen to our pony!!
Oh, BTW, I wonder how many lines a month those 19 salepersons are bringing in?

Respectfully, BOB O

Tech, Things are slow, what's on the radar screen. Level II?

Can you comment yet or bring us up todate this early?

Thanks
