Forgot to answer re: the joint venture - I have seen so many deals cooked up in back rooms (yes I have actually been there) / stock, options, secret commissions etc, etc, that I would only be interested if it was a real major concern (Placer, Barrick etc). The money - not a great amount when you have the amount of stock floating around that this deal has. You never know who really gets what, from where and at what real cost. Now - once again - I am not saying that BCMD and its joint venture partner, or any of the principles are involved in any such things - probably not. BUT - I DO NOT KNOW. Do you for sure? Who is who here, and what are their real positions? When you have that information, then you might convince me of something. And if you think that we can get it all from filings, or by talking to insiders etc.
Well good luck. This is the game. Most investors do not have a clue about stocks, promotions, and the complex schemes that can evolve.
So joint venture - at best - an OK deal if it all unfolds nicely. At worst - could write you a number of scenarios where it all hinges on the sale of shares to the public.
Vancouver, Nasdac - the land of promotion, and cheap stock distribution.
