True! Like Merill upgrading CSCO after it hits a new high.
How come they don't upgrade when the stock is at a low price
when small investors could get in and make money? NO! they upgrade when its time to take profits and downgrade when the stock is so low that it could hardly go lower.
By downgrading they actually help to secure a bottom under the stock by encouraging inexperienced traders to short and subsequently get caught in a sqeeze as bottom fishers start picking up the stock.
I say buy COMS now and hold it at least a year. The fundamentrals in this stock is still good.
Remember folks the way you make money is to buy good companies when they are cheap and sell when all the bandwagonists are all saying buy buy as the stock goes sky high
