GrandPohba... Over the past several weeks I've had the opportunity to talk to major league fund managers who are already in CCSI, and other individuals who are "in-the-know"...hope the following helps... 1. Some funds who are in CCSI, only got in it after the fda approval; before that, this company was pure speculation. 2. Some funds who might want to get in CCSI, can't at this time because by their own rules, they have market cap limitations, e.g., some small cap funds only will invest in companies that have a 200 million market cap...since CCSI is not there yet, they are not permitted to invest. They are "on the side lines", waiting. 3. Some funds are aware of CCSI's story, but are waiting till announcement of a marketing alliance to see what revenues will be generated. Until they see the revenue numbers, they can't make their revenue model, and until they have their revenue model, they can't get investment approval. 4. Many funds, believe it or not, simply do not know about CCSI. Recently the CEO had a lunch meeting with several large funds to begin the process of acquainting them with "the story", and they are currently in the process of doing their "due diligence". As good as a story as CCSI may be, there are lots of stocks out there demanding the attention of the funds and analysts...they simply don't have time to start searching out "story stocks" unless and until there's "compelling news". 5. Some funds may be waiting for initiation of coverage by the analyst community. The analyst community will not be doing so until they see the revenue numbers, and those obviously won't be announced until CCSI completes their negotiations. Due to the number of confidentiality agreements that CCSI has entered into, CCSI isn't able at this time to share the necessary information to get analyst coverage at this stage. 6. Finally, some funds if you tell them they can get in at 1 cause the stock is going to 20, will tell you, that's ok, we'll jump in at 8 after the news is announced and after we've seen the numbers. Hope the above helps...the above is not to say that some fund(s) won't be getting in between now and some announcement...just pointing out to you what was pointed out to me... Steve
