Dan:

You ask:
> Anyone know what we'll get if the investors win the suit?

There is no such thing as winning with this sort of absolute idiotic class action suits. Practically every high tech firm has faced such action suits at some point. The ONLY people who are going to win are the lawyers who go after ex and current ASND investors like used car sales people and tease them to send their name and address to include them in the suit. The class action suit will go on for months (if not years) and at the end nothing comes out of it - except lawyers on both side being paid handsomly!

Anyway, does anyone know how many con-artists (i.e. analysts) have downgraded ASND to a hold/sell or simply a very bad stock to hold for the next 6-12 months? If their number exceeds the ones who still have it as a buy then it is time for small investors to start buying, because the very same con-artists (i.e. analysts) who have it as a hold/sell are buying it!

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

Anyone know what we'll get if the investors win the suit? And what will happen to ASND's stock price because of all of this?
Just when you think it's bad, it get's......

I've been through a few of this kind of suit, STK, CRUS, to name a
few. The settlements are in the range of a few bucks per share. Nobody is winner other than the lawyers since they didn't have any stake in it other than their time.

I'd rather to see ASND's price goes back to mid-50's or higher sometime next year than taking a few bucks from the settlement.
