As long as guns are not registered, you can buy a gun and sell it to another person -- there would be no record of the sale because you are not a dealer. You think it does not happen now? One guy a couple of months back purchased 300,000 rounds of ammunition in one purchase -- do you think he is going duck hunting? The private sale of guns and ammo is rampant -- and who do you think wants to buy this stuff under the table?
