Thanks Ray, this is the count that i had in mind when I posted that the index made an impulse down. It is also possible that your label "3" is actually wave 1 (or a), and the following decline is 3 (or c).

Could be either way; it will clear up tomorrow.

The decline was precipitated by concerns that the Fed may go on strike and slow down printing. That's serious business, if true.
