Since we have a divided government with such opposing views adopted to foster the votes of completely differing constituencies - we now have a locked or neutered congress that has in the past agreed to sequester and its possibilities.

I'd say we have the best of all worlds - liars over promising all viewpoints for votes, and the agreement that they have no money to spend to show their constituencies a reward for their support (which is what I felt Obama's stimulus plan was in its entirety).

Let the stimulus roll and may the cuts in additional spending result in the professional bureaucrats either allocating the reduced resources wisely or let the constituents displace them with their no longer blind support.

It sounds like this lock up of viewpoint has resulted in the perfect government.

One that does nothing or gets efficient to do more.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE???
