Geoff; I do not know the expected rate of exploitation of Voisey, and in fact Nickel might recover from the cold war end glut and Russian stoppages of production(counter trends) and go up. ?? It remains to be seen how Inco runs it's market when they get going.
They expect Voisey to be at the bottom cost, and sudbury(high (deep) cost) running out it comes just in time.
