Thanks for the tip. It's an interesting article. The photo of the guy undergoing the treatment provided me with a better sense of how the procedure works. Still, note that there is nothing in the article to suggest that the procedure leads to permanent hair removal. If the new Softlight 2.0 did so, I'd expect to find such a claim in the article.

A friend in the dermatology field tells me that one of his colleagues is finding that the Ruby laser approach may in fact lead to permanent hair removal after four treatments, spread over one year. He knows of a physician who charges for the first two treatments, and offers the third and fourth for free, if needed. If this is true, it is good news for hairy folks everywhere, but perhaps bad news for Thermolase, which uses a different strategy.

The "side effect" of pigmentation (darkening of the skin) can now apparently be prevented with the application of a medicine over several months prior to the treatment that shuts down the pigment cells. This stuff is used on people who undergo laser wrinkle removal, something that I will be looking into in a few years!

was the nature of the Forbes article...a positive spin??...Looking to enter tomorrow...it would also be a good day to add to all who are already holders....RSI moved into pos territory and stochastic oscillator crossed signal line GIVING A VERY STRONG INDICATOR(S) THAT THE BOTTOM IS OVER a turnaround from here seems in order...thoughts??
