DII Group to buy back up to 1 mln shrs

NIWOT, Colo., Dec 5 (Reuters) - DII Group Inc said Friday that it plans to buy back up to one million shares of its common
stock.

The purchases are to be made from time to time in open market transactions or through privately negotiated transactions. The
company said it anticipates that such purchases could occur over an extended period of time.

There are about 25.4 million outstanding shares of DII Group common stock and about 31.3 million weighted average
outstanding shares and equivalents of DII Group common stock.

My personal remark: Good sign! DIIG has loads of cash to buy back some stock! I believe that ECM/OEM sector is still strong and good luck to you all.
