LOL, our politicians steal $10 billion every year and give it to Israel with zero return to us taxpayers. At least Chavez shared with his people and raised their standard of living, not to mention health care.
Chavez diverted that money for his own special interests. The poor of Venezuela are as poor now as the have been since Chavez took power. The financial support of Israel the only true democracy in the ME is a moral and worthy cause.
