Concealed carry or not, what you seem to be advocating is EVERYBODY having a gun and carrying it anyplace they want. The Republicans don't even want universal background checks. What's wrong with finding out if somebody is a nut case or a felon BEFORE they are allowed to buy a gun? To drive a car you have to go through some procedures, but you seem to think anybody that wants a an AR15 with a 30 round clip shouldn't have to do anything but come up with the cash.
