My theory. No inflation while printing and monetary aggregates are growing *way* faster than real GDP plus savings.

Any other country would have galloping inflation if did that.

My theory

Since USD is world's currency, it is absorbed by the rest of the world.

Some goes to pay for war in Afghanistan

Some took to Brazil to construct Ford and GM factories.

Profits from multinational corporations are not repatriated
