The move in Cyprus is just not disguised as well as the move that our government made. Instead of confiscating current savings of individuals, our government has borrowed more money to give to the banks and by doing so has made sure that we won't be able to put any future earnings into savings as we will need to pay more money on the new debt instead of putting it away in savings. The U.S. has virtually confiscated future savings accounts from our children..... with no end in sight.
