Pierre,

Regardless of the rumor being true or not....ASND is not IFMX, NOVL, AAPL, BAY, FORE. Those companies had problems far greater than ASND. IMHO

On the flip side it also happened with CSCC, USRX, LOTS, Tandem, etc etc.
Not that I believe the buyout rumor is true. But the probability of ASND being acquired in its current condition is certainly greater than 0% (and that is before any of Gary's research)
