DB, I don't think an inspection would be meaningful unless the inspectors could observe the equipment producing. In other words, I take this to mean that the facility can now produce. If that is the case, Vivus can produce and store for shipping overseas as soon as they get the approval, if they want to. It looks like everything is falling into place right now, and with the direct-to-consumer advertising starting in January we should be ready to roll. I say "we" because I am an owner of Vivus shares. Earnings for Q4 to be at least $.31 + .06 + .06 = $0.43. Great
