IMO..VVUS is producing product in their NEW PLANT, to be shipped to Europe after approval.

Ed,

Management stated in the 3 QTR conference call that PRODUCTION TEST RUNS were being done at the new plant and that this product would be available for shipments if the plant passed the MCA inspection. He also stated that this product could be at risk if they failed.

Hopefully the inspection is proceeding smoothly and Vivus has a warehouse full of product to ship to the UK.
