If we were to take the issue of Second Amendment Rights and debate it, could you do it with facts? I doubt it. If we were to rely on facts and truth, which you were schooled in to know truth, you would have to acknowledge the Second Amendment should not be being challenged by the Dems and the POTUS. I state that the current push for banning semi automatic rifles, pistols and shotguns is unconstitutional based on historic interpretation of the Second Amendment and the recent Court case of Emerson. Current semi automatic rifles are the equivalent of the most modern military weapons in the timeframe when the Constitution and Bill of Rights was enacted. The framers of the Constitution we clearly in favor of their peers owning these weapons. All colonies as they became States, included similar statements in their Constitutions which guaranteed a Right to keep and bear arms.
