What exactly do you base that on? Gut instinct or real analysis? Would like to know.

Didn't I read that ACTC would need a secondary offering just to come up with enough shares for the deal? In my opinion, the street is reacting to this whole thing with due skepticism. ACTC really can't afford to buy Able Telecom - it's really pushing it. Plus, most of the people I've spoken to are thinking that $12 is way too cheap and Able isn't for sale anyway.

I'd be very surprised if this deal goes through. But I am happy for the exposure and publicity it as brought to ABTE, as I feel the company is worth $11 - $12 right now with no buyout. I'll be holding.
