The analyst that reviewed the deal gave me a figure somewhere near 57 times earnings for the buyout. If that number is right, then IMO, the deal is a little rich.
However, it becomes increasingly more palatable to the ACTCshareholders with the ComSat merger. Remember, I gave you that opinion as an ACTC shareholder; we have already been diluted to death.
