Why you would cite diesel shortages in Egypt is beyond me.

World wide aggregates are all that matters.

Germany's nuclear use is falling. As you well know, it is being replaced with renewables.

How about Japan tapping the methyl hydrates. How about citing China's coal usage... like this

In fact, according to EIA, the 325-million-ton increase in Chinese coal consumption in 2011 accounted for 87 percent of the entire world's growth for the year, which was estimated at 374 million tons.
