MS will lose and have to pay the one million/day. Tomorrow we will find out. If MS wins I think there is some behined the scenes funny business going on since the evidence is quit overwhelming. I also think that MS spin doctors shouldn't have harrassed the DOJ this just make them more determined to bust MS.

With all the posturing from MS you would think that everybody is out to get them but evidence is evidence and FUD doesn't count in court.
Also if MS wins the consumers lose. I know you won't like my opion but thats the way I see it.

Looks like MS lost and the consumers Finally won one. I should be very very happy happy but I am very very sad sad MS doesn't have to pay the 1 mil/year so far.

Lets check the score out here.

ISO approves Java open standards
MS forced to seperate IE from the OS

It looks like TWO for the consumers ... ZERO for the monopolist MS

One left to go -> Sun suit over MS fragmenting Java.

Go Java GO

I haven't seen any post from you lately are you too busy trying to figure out on how to remove IE. Too complicated ? Maybe you should ask Netscape for help.

Netscape Preps Campaign to Ditch Explorer

Netscape has officially launched a plan to not only install the Netscape Communicator browser on desktop PCs, but also set it as the default and uninstall archrival Microsoft's Internet Explorer software.

Who's hot and who's not in the industry? We'll know soon
infoworld.com
"The Gang of Four" -- Oracle, Sun, IBM, and Netscape -- took on Microsoft mainly by backing non-Microsoft and Internet technology, but it didn't stop the Redmond, Wash., giant from getting bigger and badder. As one analyst said, Microsoft is like the teenager who has not yet learned that arrogance and bullying are unacceptable.

"Microsoft has been standing outside the school gate, stealing the little guys' lunch money for too long," said Evan Quinn, a senior analyst at International Data Corp., in Mountain View, Calif.
