If there were a nation wide usage of "self driving vehicles" it wouldn't be long before virus, hardware and software glitches caused major car crashes. It would be a very helpless feeling watching it unfold from within one such vehicle.

I have been saying this for the past year. And the argument is always how much safer the self driving vehicles will be. There's a difference between losing a document due to a bug or virus and losing a life.

Can anyone here say "stuxnet"?
