Those Americans?>> Tejek, that is my point. We need teachers to teach us what is going on. No, I do not think Americans can figure it out and it does not help when our MSM does not tell us the truth. The MSM are not the teachers. Most Americans do not pay all that much attention to the news. The true teachers are the teachers.........and too many of them are teaching their kids creationism and fear of Islam. The America public school system stinks. Its one of the worst in the first world. Consequently, the US is raising kids who are apolitical, fearful of gov't and too apathetic to vote. The US is lucky to get a 50% turnout during presidential elections. That's pitiful. <<And lets not forget, many of your fav pols, the Dems, were also on board for the invasion. There was only small minority of Americans who were against the war after Colin Powell pulled his presentation stunt at the UN. I repeat.......Americans allowed themselves to get duped.>> The dems were on board because what happened in the Viet Nam vote. The two who voted against teh tonkin Gluf both lost teh next election. Morse and Greuning. The dems saw it as self proservsation. Over 70% of Americans were for the Iraq war. We always like war and the military. That's a BS excuse. You do the right thing when it comes to war........not what saves your ass.
