Of course, I know how little it is. And that is in no small part thanks to your party. At every turn, the GOP tries to stop progress, pretending that something is not working when it is. And that's the point of the article.

That would be the Iraq invasion and war, Dave. NO return whatsoever on that "investment", that you were and are totally for! We could have covered our useless desert lands with photovoltaic cells with that money. Every watt provided by photovoltaic is a watt that won't have to be bought as fuel, burned contributing to global warming, and paid for.
