On top of LU's rejected $35/shr offer, NT is also in the chase. This may turn out to be a competitive bidding situation...

If according to one of the post from the LU thread, LU may have a tough time raising the cash to buy out ASND, they will not be able to even look at CSCO with their highh share price. Does anyone think that NT may be interested in ASND as well, and may make an offer as well. I would love to see that "MCI" movie again. Come on 50!!!!
