what happens when everyone else tells the car the same thing. does everyone stop for every one else ? i knew someone would get around to this sooner or later. there would be many options to handle this. i don't know which one it would be. maybe there will be a point system with some kind of reward for cooperation. or maybe there will be a small fee for emergency travel that makes frequent use of it uneconomical. maybe there will be follow ups to make sure the emergency is real, with big fines imposed if they are fraudulent. i can't say for sure how it would be handled, but i'm sure it would be.
